Course Description:

Community building trends are shifting, requiring designers and traffic engineers to accommodate the needs of all users of the transportation system.  These design and operational changes present interesting challenges for our system of signs, markings and signals.  Panelists will discuss if we can develop the new system using the consensus standards building process.
