Webinar Description:
Traffic signal maintenance is one of the keys to safe and effective traffic signal operations. This webinar is intended to assist managers, engineers, maintenance and operations professionals by providing up to date tools and practices to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of traffic signal maintenance programs. This webinar will explore topics such as: electronic signals locks and electronic cabinet logbooks, internal self-assessments, advancements in in-house signal maintenance training programs, preventative maintenance programs, traffic signal asset management/life cycle cost analysis, benchmarking protocols and guidelines for partnering between state and local agencies. Lessons learned through the implementation of these practices will be shared for use in other jurisdictions.
