This webinar will explain why Road Safety Audits (RSAs) are valuable and the benefits that can be derived by performing RSAs. The presentation will go on to provide an introductory overview of the basic concepts and procedures for RSAs as well as common issues and challenges one faces when carrying them out. Many examples from completed RSAs are presented throughout the presentation.

  • Describe the steps in a road safety audit.
  • Describe the value of independent, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Discuss how to overcome the roadblocks to conducting and implementing RSAs.
