ONLINE QUIZ: There is a $10 fee for each additional quiz taker at the training site. The quiz registrant must take the quiz. The certificate will be issued in the name of the quiz registrant.
The quiz must be taken within one month following the purchase.The quiz can only be taken once and there is a 2 hour window in which to complete the 25 question quiz.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CREDITS: Successful completion of the course earns 9PDH or.9 IACET CEU. Successful completion includes attendance at Web seminar, completion of evaluation form and passage of the online quiz.
